Domain Name Registration
When you buy a domain name at our listed price , you are actually buying the use of the domain name for a period of one year. At the time of purchasing the domain name you can pay for up to 10years for the use of the domain name.

Please note that when you buy a domain name, it does not come with email hosting or web hosting. You will need to book and pay for the email hosting and/or web hosting option of your choice. Similarly, the domain name registration does not include website builder, digital certificate, domain forwarding, email forwarding or DNS zone record management.

If you wish to forward all emails coming to your domain to another domain, you can do that without buying any email hosting package by just buying the mail forwarding service. Similarly, you can buy a domain forwarding service in order to forward your domain to a different domain.

Email Hosting
In order to use email hosting you have purchased, you need to own the corresponding domain name. Without ordering and paying for the domain name you will not be able to use the email hosting order you may have paid for. If the domain is registered through TriDomainHost.com, the name servers for the domain would have been automatically set to our nameservers and you can just follow the instructions that would have been sent to you about how to activate and use your email hosting order. If the domain name was registered with a different registrar, then you will need to change the name servers at your domain name registrar to our name servers.

Please note that the email hosting does not come with the domain name registration or web hosting. You need to book and pay for the domain name along with email hosting package of your choice. Also if you need web hosting, you need to separately book and pay for the web hosting package of your choice.

If you need to forward all emails coming to your domain to a different domain, you will need to buy mail forwarding service on our site. With mail forwarding, you will not need to buy any email hosting package for your domain. However, if you need to forward individual email boxes instead of a global forwarding, you will need to buy an email hosting package and then set the individual email forwarding request from your control panel.

Web Hosting.
Our web hosting packages are independent of the domain name. As such you need to book and pay for the corresponding domain name in order to use the web hosting package you order. If the domain name and web hosting are purchased from TriDomainHost, the name servers would have been automatically set to our nameservers and you just follow the email instructions that would have sent to you on completion of your web hosting order. If the domain name has been registered by a different registrar, you will need to change the name server at the domain name registrar to our name servers.

Please note that web hosting does not include email hosting, therefore you will need to book separately for email hosting if you need email facility.

Web Site Builder
The web site builder is a tool that enables you to build a website using existing templates to quickly build websites, without any programming knowledge. However, please note that the web site builder requires that you have a domain name already registered as well as a web hosting package in order to use the web site builder. Booking and paying for a website builder alone is not of any use as you will not be able get any resulting website. You need to have a domain name and web hosting package along with web site builder option of your choice in order to have a consistent and useful service.
